AGU Unveils the Culinary Odyssey: Gastronomic School Beginnings

Launching from the heart of the V. N. Tatishchev Astrakhan State University, a delectable culinary program takes root in the educational hub of restaurant service and hospitality.

The Gastronomic School is not just about learning to cook a variety of dishes; it's about savoring the essence of culinary traditions. Alongside lessons on crafting hot meals, sweets, baked delights, and beverages, the school offers a dive into the ethnic culinary arts of the Astrakhan region—teaching you to prepare the traditional fare of its diverse inhabitants.

Our faculty consists of skilled chefs, ready to impart their culinary wisdom and secrets. With small group settings, we ensure personalized attention for an intimate and enriching educational experience.

Classes will run from February 14 to March 6.
