ASU Confirms Its Status of Efficient University

The Ministry of Education & Science of the Russian Federation has summarized its annual monitoring of efficiency of Russian universities. Astrakhan State University has confirmed its efficient status once again.

The Ministry has held meetings of workgroups of the Interdepartmental Commission that summed up the outcomes of the performed monitoring. The workgroups have included reps of a number of Russia’s federal and regional legislative and executive authorities, to say nothing of educational public organizations. All in all, the experts have analyzed materials concerning 240 universities and 780 university branches.

In accordance with the decision of the Interdepartmental Commission, Astrakhan State University complies with the benchmark rates in the educational, financial, economical, research, and international activities, as well as in the respect of its graduates’ employment rate. Being efficient is the most essential rate of prestige and positive status of Astrakhan State University.
