Graduates of ASU of High Demand at Civil Service

On May 20, undergraduate students of ASU’s Law and Biological Departments have met reps of the Volga-Caspian Areal Branch of the Federal Fishery Agency.

Mr. Yuri Kuznetsov, Deputy Chief of the Branch, has told our students about employments opportunities at the Agency, whose Volga-Caspian Areal Branch is declaring a contest to assume 46 vacancies at a number of its units. As Mr. Kuznetsov pointed out, graduates of the Law and the Biological Department of Astrakhan State University, who are interested in our biological resources and in our fishery legislation, could apply their professional knowledge at the civil service for the sake of society, thus contributing to preservation of Astrakhan Region’s biological resources. The Branch is interested in employing young, skilled, and responsible employees with a higher education in Law or in Biology, who could handle court proceedings and administrative cases related to law violations, who could make up official acts about violations of the fishery legislation and check enterprises together with the public prosecutor’s office. During the meeting, our graduates expressed their profound interest in their employment at the Agency, which confirms the fact that our graduates are well-motivated to find a job in socially important fields.
