New Admission to School of Young Entrepreneur

The School of Young Entrepreneur was opened in February 2014. 36 students of Astrakhan’s high schools have successfully covered its program.

As for this fall, the School has opened its doors for anyone who wished to study the art of business for the second time. The range of its trainees includes students of Astrakhan’s colleges, gymnasiums, and lyceums. In mid-September, the School was officially opened at the Astrakhan City Administration. Ms. Irina Egorova, Acting Mayor of Astrakhan, has warmly welcomed the young trainees; she granted them their trainee cards and wished them good luck in such an activity, which is challenging and necessary for our city.

During the three fall months, the trainees of the School of Young Entrepreneur will have to do difficult, but useful and interesting work. They are to attend classes and trainings delivered by specialists of the Center of Applied Psychology “Valuable Staff Member”, of the Federal Tax Service, and by faculty of Astrakhan State University. The young entrepreneurs will be taught the fundamentals of Economics and the basic principles of making up a business plan by Dr. Anna Meshkova and by Dr. Yulia Tomashevskaya from ASU.

As a result of the three-month training, the trainees are to defend their own business projects in public. The expert council to assess their work shall include mature entrepreneurs, who are potential investors of the young people’s projects.
