Projects by Department of Secondary Professional Education at Festival of Students’ Science

The Department of Secondary Professional Education of Astrakhan State University has taken part in the Festival of Students’ Science recently held at ASU.

The Department has presented three innovative projects executed by its students specializing in Pharmacy and in Service Technologies:

• “Miraculous Pills “Excellent Mood”;
• “Recipe of Frozen Semifinished Products (Meat Dumplings) from Diet Geese Meat with Dry Extract of Laminaria Japonica as Additive”;
• “Recipe of Thick Pancakes from Vegetative Raw Materials Cultivated in Arid Zone of Astrakhan Region”.

Any visitor of the Festival could taste the three presented products, which were of profound interest for them. That is why the Department of Secondary Professional Education has won the prize of visitors’ sympathies; it has taken the 1st place after gaining 578 scores.

Faculty and students of the Department would like to thank everyone for their support and looks forwards to participate in the upcoming contest of students’ research grants.
