Discussion of Issues of Interethnic Tolerance

Students of the Department of Business & Economy and the Law Department of ASU have taken part in a discussion whose theme was “Interethnic Tolerance in Multicultural Region”.

Owing to the current social and economic situation in the world, it has become essential to consider issues of interethnic tolerance. During their talk with Dr. Kseniya Tyurenkova, Head of our Chair of Advertising & Public Relations, the students could analyze present-day interethnic relations, as well as causes and consequences of interethnic conflicts.

The participants of the Seminar have agreed that respectful attitude towards ethnic, religious, and cultural peculiarities is a crucial quality to bring up in people living in the multiethnic and multicultural world. Development of tolerance among students is an efficient means to prevent interethnic strife.
