Awards for Scholars of ASU

On February 08, 2016, the official ceremony of awarding the best scientific researchers of Astrakhan Region has taken place at the Residence of Astrakhan Region’s Governor.

For their contributions to science and resolution of Astrakhan Region’s social and economic issues, two scholars of Astrakhan State University have received their merited awards:

• the Honorary Diploma of the Governor of Astrakhan Region has been granted to Professor Alexey Tyrkov, D.Sc. in Chemistry, Full Professor, Dean of the Chemical Department of ASU;
• the Honorary Diploma of the Parliament of Astrakhan Region has been granted to Professor Lyudmila Baeva, D.Sc. in Philosophy, Full Professor, Dean of the Department of Social Communications of ASU.

Let us congratulate the two scholars on their awards, which they have definitely deserved!
