Innovative Technologies in Administration of Preschool Organizations

The professional retraining courses “Strategic Management as Tool to Provide Quality of Preschool Education” have passed at Astrakhan State University.

Professor Lyudmila Davydova, Director of Astrakhan State University’s Business Institute of Pedagogics & Psychology, has supervised the courses. Their developers have adapted their contents to administration of a preschool educational institution.

The courses have passed as a coaching session, which applied technologies of organizational studies. Their contents aimed to master innovative tools of strategic management of an organization, which would provide the right quality of preschool education (strategic maps, SWOT analysis, lean production, and 14 principles by Edward Deming).

The trainees have highly appreciated the learnt information, as well as the level of the instructors’ professionalism and their good teamwork skills.
