Kazakhstani Students Cover Practical Training in Astrakhan

In accordance with the agreement signed by Khalel Dosmukhamedov Atyrau State University (Kazakhstan) and by Astrakhan State University (Russia), ten students from the Kazakhstani town of Atyrau have covered a practical training program at ASU.

Our guests from the neighboring country were trained together with their Russian peers who study at Astrakhan State University. Our students arranged excursions for our guests to visit sights of Astrakhan. Besides those excursions, the ten guests attended the lecture “Viable Trends of Tourism Development in Astrakhan Region” by Dr. Natalia Kanatyeva and the master class “Areal Branding” by Dr. Alexey Leukhin. The two professors of ASU presented their manuals in tourism to their guests.

Thus, the ten students from Kazakhstan got new knowledge and impressions, whereas their Russian peers could apply their professional knowledge and skills in practice.
