Elite Cheeses Tasted at ASU

On April 26, 2018, the Fair & Tasting of Elite Cheeses took place at Astrakhan State University.
The Innovative Technological Center of Agricultural Industrial Technologies & Nutrition of the Biological Department of ASU presented its products at the Clear Water restaurant located at our campus. The guests could taste tender, aromatic Greek halloumi, Italian caciotta, and French camembert – a soft creamy cheese made of cow milk with white mold. All the cheeses have been assessed by foreign experts and received their positive feedback.
At the end of the event, anyone could buy whatever cheese they liked.
