ASU Representatives Study a Labour Market of the Future

Students and trainers of the ASU Faculty of Business & Economy participated in the Career Week, an annual event organized by the recruiting agency «Elisey» on October 8-12, 2018.

The 1st year students of the major «HR Management», guided by Nataliya Kochetkova, Candidate of Economic Sciences and an Associate Professor of the Management Department, participated in a foresight session «Future of the Labour Market and Professions of the Future». The students marked out an interesting and dynamic format of the session — they solved serious tasks through the game.

The event was quite useful and fruitful: the students worked together with HR managers of Astrakhan companies as a solid team uniting their efforts to tackle the issues of common interest.

One of the students of the major «HR Management» was invited to undertake an externship in the company «Pilot». The 3rd year students of the same major attended a master class on changes in the labour legislation, organized by the company «Astrakhan- Guarantor -Service» and participated in the conference «HR Efficiency: Talent Management».
