Astrakhan State University Graduates at the Territory of Meanings
From July 5 to August 20, the Federal Youth Agency is holding the 5th All-Russian Youth Educational Forum “Territory of Meanings” in Solnechnogorsk, Moscow Oblast. Natalia Markova and Marina Zinkina, former students of the ASU Faculty of Psychology, participated in the session “Eco-environment — Education”, held on July 13-19.
The forum has brought together about six thousand participants within six topic-specific sessions, where the talented youth from across Russia are undertaking personal growth programmes, talking to federal ministers, successful politicians and top-class experts; they also have a chance to receive grant support for individual and team projects.
Natalia Markova has already participated in the Russia’s largest youth forum, while Marina Zinkina has just discovered the Territory of Meanings for herself.
The most exciting events, as the ASU representatives say, were trend sessions, where the participants discussed the hottest issues of education. The ladies note that the knowledge, gained by them at university, allowed them to join the discussion easily and speak with confidence about peculiarities of child development.
According to Natalia and Marina, the forum helped them establish professional contacts, meet interesting people who work in the sphere of psychology, and exchange useful information and contacts, and the team spirit, which was especially felt at the forum, was also of great value.
