Staff Members and Students of ASU College Discuss Top-Priority Areas of Regional Development

The Astrakhan Museum of Military Glory hosted an extended meeting, involving members of regional offices of the social movements “Russia’s Search Movement” and “Russia’s Immortal Regiment”.

The event brought together representatives of legislative, executive and municipal authorities of the region and city, teachers of different educational institutions of Astrakhan and members of search squads.

According to the agenda, the participants were to discuss five priorities of the regional development that had been proposed by Astrakhan Governor a.i. Igor Babushkin. The meeting covered some issues of raising the living standards of Astrakhan citizens, the region’s infrastructure development and attraction of possible resources for increasing city and region’s well-being.

At the end of the meeting, the event participants made their proposals on the regional development in written which will be forwarded to the administration of the Astrakhan Governor a.i.
