Astrakhan State University Runs Student Clubs

A new project of ASU has been launched under the support of the United Council of Students and the Directorate for Extracurricular Activities & Student Initiatives Development of the university.

The relevance of student clubs is obvious: they help students fulfil their interests in any sphere. The union of ASU students has been created to organize and implement extracurricular activities and support informal communication of the student club members according to their interests.

Student clubs are involved into non-profit team activities, aimed at intellectual, creative, civic, patriotic, social and physical development of students, improvement of their supra-professional skills, organization of active rest and leisure, building and strengthening of relations between different social groups, prevention of negative phenomena among the youth. Students of any faculty can create his/her own club or become a member of an existing one.
