ASU Representatives Take Part in Forum in Samara

On October 10-11, Sberbank held the International Bank Legal Forum “Current Issues of Law in Banking Sphere” at “Samara” united service centre. The event was attended by a delegation of Astrakhan State University, headed by Rector Konstantin Markelov.

The ASU Rector took part in a discussion “Development of Legal Education in Volga Region. Training Best Professionals in Legal Sphere”. Marina Fastova, an Associate Professor of the Department of Civil Law, presented her report “Models of Mediation as a Factor of Improving Efficiency of Legal Proceedings: Theoretical & Legal Aspects”. The event was also attended by Ekaterina Mityachkina, the Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Law of Astrakhan State University.
