ASU Znamensk Branch Cooperates with Linkos Space Technopark

The industrial partner has provided the university with special equipment that is necessary for students to implement specific-purpose research projects.

The Linkos Space Technopark develops high-tech production. The company has built a plant on production and assembling of optoelectron devices and systems in Akhtubinsk, Astrakhan region.

Currently the plant is operated by highly-skilled professionals from Moscow and ex-Soviet states. However, the region is interested in training local HR. So, in order to recruit prospective employees, the company has announced a competition of youth research projects for students. The winners will get cash awards and an opportunity of further employment at Linkos Space Technopark enterprises.

The list of competition entrants includes students of the major “Information Systems and Technology” of the ASU Znamensk branch, who presented four research projects.

Besides, representatives of the ASU Znamensk Branch visited the Linkos plant in Akhtubinsk and had a look at the production and prospects of its development.
