Young Representatives of ASU Present Reports at Conference in Baku

Sabina Velikaya, a Ph.D. student of the Faculty of Social Communications, and Daria Karaulova, a student of the Historical Faculty, has taken part in the international scientific conference “Azerbaijan in International Relations System”.

The event, timed to the 100th anniversary of the Diplomatic Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan, was held at Baku Slavic University, a partner of ASU.

The representatives of the Astrakhan university presented their reports in the section “Bilateral and Multilateral Relations of Azerbaijan with Foreign Countries”.

The conference covered such issues as “New Global Order: Challenges of 21st Century”, “Heydar Aliyev’s Role in Development of Azerbaijan Foreign Policy and Diplomatic Relations”, “Development and Establishment of Azerbaijan Diplomatic Service”, “Current Issues of Humanities in the Republic of Azerbaijan” and a lot more.

The conference participants, representing Astrakhan State University, commended a high level of the event organization and hospitability of the top-management and staff of Baku Slavic University.
