ASU Staff Members Are Now Experts in Volunteering

Administrative staff members and teachers of Astrakhan State University have completed an advanced training programme “Coordinator of Volunteering Movement” at Elisey HR agency.

In the modern society, educational institutions and voluntary service organizations often have to work with each other within joint volunteering programmes. In their professional activities, teachers coordinate work of students that are members of different volunteering movements, which requires of organizers of educational activities specific knowledge and skills.

The courses of Elisey HR agency included the discussion of and work with videos, different practical cases, aimed at honing professional skills and applying person’s potential in volunteer activities. The course participants developed a profile of a volunteer and discussed motivation of his/her activity and typical mistakes in work of volunteer organizations.
