Astrakhan State University Runs Emergency Response Centre

A special section for regular publication of the latest update of the COVID-19 situation was created on the official website of Astrakhan State University in order to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus infection.

Now the page of the emergency response centre contains phone numbers of the ASU hotline to address the university on the organizational and methodological issues of the study process, technical issues of the work with Moodle, as well as the issues of student’s account workability. The same section may be used for getting an access to the online office of the university administration by clicking on a respective icon.

The page of the emergency response centre also provides with a direct access to the YandexQ account of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, where experts of the situational centre answer the questions on prevention of the spread of the new coronavirus infection.

The section provides with methodological recommendations on the COVID-19 response and information on changes in the issuing of certificates and other documents.

Besides, the emergency response centre provides with all information on the switch to the distance learning mode and the orders that are regulating the work of the university during this period.
