Welcome New Dean of ASU Faculty of Agribusiness, Technologies & Veterinary Medicine

The faculty is now headed by Candidate of Agricultural Sciences Rinat Dubin. Rector Konstantin Markelov congratulated him on the entrance upon office during a video-conference working meeting.
Rinat Dubin was born on March 9, 1975 in Kazakhstan. In 1997, he graduated from the Penza State Agrarian Academy with the qualification of agrarian scientist. He worked in his degree field and in 2002 started working for state in the Plant Production Unit of the Agricultural Department of the Astrakhan Region Administration. Since 2010, Rinat Dubin headed the Plant Production Unit in the regional Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries.
In 2012, in gained an academic degree of Candidate of Agricultural Sciences.
On April 2020, Rinat Dubin was appointed as Acting Dean of the Faculty of Agribusiness, Technologies & Veterinary Medicine of Astrakhan State University.
