ASU Media Project Enters Shortlist of Prestigious Federal Competition
Results of the all-Russia competition of student media projects “UniverSity-2020” have been summed up. The team of Astrakhan State University is on the list of the nominees.
The pilot episode of the rubric #ASUScience about Master’s degree student of our university Dmitry Reztsov, who is a robotic engineer, was acknowledged in the category “University Science». This category was established with participation of the Association of Communicators in Education & Science and is aimed at supporting scientific journalism and university research.
This year’s competition totaled about 700 projects from 77 universities, 66 editorial boards and 130 independent authors from 44 cities. Along with the “University Science”, the projects were assessed in such categories as “Video Game Journalism”, “Best Community in Social Media and Messengers”, “Proto Project”, “Entertaining Work”, “Art & Journalistic Work” and “Problem-Oriented & Analytical Work”.
Now the ASU Media team will meet with leading media experts online. They’ll analyze and examine the works of the entrants, mark out their mistakes, give advice and answer the participants’ questions.
