Astrakhan State University Analyzes Contemporary Issues of Studying Social Sciences

Last week, the ASU Faculty of Pedagogics & Social Work held an international scientific conference “Current Trends in Humanitarian Research in Modern World”. The scientific event was organized online with the use of Zoom videoconference service.

The forum involved both well-known and starting scientists from France, Kazakhstan and Russia. Our country was represented by participants from Moscow, Volgograd, Chita, Magas and Astrakhan.

The conference participants considered current issues of the Humanities as viewed by young scientists, an interdisciplinary aspect of modern issues of education, and discussed young researchers’ opinions on the issues of history and current aspects of modern international relations. Besides, they presented studies on pedagogical mastery and professional competence of teachers, patriotic and civic education of the youth, as well as the youth policy and youth organizations.

Upon the conference results, the participants will receive e-certificates. Materials of the scientific forum will appear in e-proceedings, while the articles of particular practical relevance and novelty will be published in the e-journal “Pedagogical Research”.
