ASU Representatives Approve Themselves in HR Management
From April 15 till May 15, the State University of Management, Moscow, held the 11thInternational Interuniversity HR Forum Named in Honour ofA.Ya. Kibanov “Innovative HR Management”. It is the first time the forum has been held online.
This is the leading scientific event of the sector and it unites all HEIs of Russia that train HR specialists.
Off-site competitions were held within the framework of the forum:
- the best articles;
- scientific papers and training developments;
- scientific and research innovative projects for students, etc.
The jury consisted of more than 70 representatives of higher educational institutions and staff members of organizations, which enabled unbiased assessment of the level of training of students and their competitiveness at the labour market.
Representatives of Astrakhan State University presented the textbook “Management of Social Adaptation and Motivation for Development in Modern Society”. The book dwells on HR humanization through creation of tolerant corporate culture with organic adaptation of the excluded groups of society (migrants, HIV-infected people and their families, people with disabilities, families of the prisoners and released prisoners and so on). The textbook specified the role of civil society, business and ordinary citizens in the process of their socialization.
