ASU Professor Will Take Part in Unique Russian-Iranian Lecture
Another online meeting within the series of events of project “Online International against COVID-19”, organized by Astrakhan State University, is taking place on June, 8 at 11h00.
Head of the ASU Department of Foreign History & Regional Studies, Candidate of Historical Sciences and Associate Professor Vladimir Kulakov will present his report Astrakhan and Northern Provinces of Iran in the History of Russian-Iranian Relations to the students and professors of the University of Guilan.
This lecture will be followed by a lecture by Iranian specialist in the Russian philology, Professor of the University of Guilan Arash Gulandam, titled Chronological Aspect of Russian Loanwords in Northern Provinces of Iran.
Vladimir Kulakov will present his report in Farsi (without interpretation into Russian), while Prof. Gulandam’s report will be delivered in Russian.
