ASU Innovators Presented Their Projects at “Big Intelligence" Competition
Students and staff members of Astrakhan State University successfully approved themselves on the off-site stage of the event and presented their developments within the on-site defence on June 16-18 in Zoom.
For example, 3rd-year student of the Biological Faculty Gleb Bobkov spoke about manufacturing of multifunctional plant-based biotechnological products in AgroMedTech category. Head of the ASU Engineering Project Office Aleksey Titov, who participated in TechNet track, presented the hovercraft project to the audience, while engineer of the ASU Centre of Viable Technologies in Electronics & Robotics Pavel Tamkov presented his development of SMELCOM CARGOBOT100 submersible robot in IT&Robotics category.
All the projects of ASU were successfully presented to the competition experts. Now they are undergoing expert review which will result in the best developments getting to the accelerator programme. Results of the first round defence will be announced on July 1.
The “Big Intelligence" competition is held in several stages until November 2020, when there’ll be a report session and grant awarding of the winners.
