ASU Signs Cooperation Agreement with Sberbank

The document on establishing strategic partnership, development of long-term efficient and mutually beneficial cooperation in the socially important sphere, and organization of easy loan conditions for the ASU students has been signed by Rector Konstantin Markelov and Head of the Sberbank Astrakhan Branch Roman Dubinsky.

The agreement implies that the university will reimburse the interests paid for the state-supported educational loan to the students doing an intramural course in Bachelor, Master and Ph.D. programmes who fall into specific categories (winners and awardees of competitions, activities in social, sports, cultural, creative life, students that are actively involved into project activities, those with the great academic progress and excellent marks, etc.).

Therefore, students will be able to apply for a loan in Sberbank, while Astrakhan State University will undertake a commitment to repay the loan interests.
