ASU Now Has Test Access to Leading Global Information Resources
The Russian Foundation for Basic Research has provided scientific and educational organizations with an opportunity to use several authoritative foreign databases and e-libraries.
The access is provided to study the demand for the databases among scientists and professors, as well as to form proposals on amending the list of resources for the centralized (national) subscription in 2021.
More than 40 foreign publishers, scientific communities, aggregators and companies provide Russian users with an opportunity to get acquainted with their electronic databases, including full-text collections of journals and books, Ph.D. theses, conference proceedings, as well as bibliographic, reference, analytical and subject-specific data.
Astrakhan State University will have an access to EBSCO Applied Science & Technology Source and EBSCO Inspec, WILEY Database Collection and Cochrane Library from September 15 until November 15, 2020, and to the collections of Taylor & Francis — from October 1 to November 30, 2020.
Besides, the publishers prepared a series of webinars for the test access support.
