Astrakhan State University and Sberbank Will Favour Development of Regional Agriculture

Executive Manager of the SBER Astrakhan Branch Office Roman Dubinsky offered several new affiliate programmes to ASU at the celebration of the anniversary of co-working centre “Boiling Point”.

The executive manager of the SBER Astrakhan Branch Office put forward a proposal on joint development of a digital service for farmers to receive subsidies. The programme is supposed to be implemented by the Astrakhan government as a customer, by Astrakhan State University that will assign students with a task to develop this electronic resource and by SBER that will provide a platform for coding the service. The bank is also ready to train the students on creating such websites.

Besides, participating in the educational tracks on the occasion of the Boiling Point Centre anniversary, Roman Dubinsky stressed the potential of ASU researchers’ project “Developing a Method for Instant Diagnosis of Tuberculosis Based on Analysis of Drying Drops of Blood Serum Using Intellectual Algorithms of Image Recognition”.
