Forum “Children of the Whole Russia” Ended at Astrakhan State University
The seminar-meeting, bringing together orphanage leavers, social care teachers, heads of social organizations, representatives of the authorities and volunteering organizations of the Southern and North Caucasus federal districts, has come to an end.
At the official closing ceremony, ASU Rector Konstantin Markelov noted that everyone found something new for themselves during these two days.
“I hope that we heard each other and, above all, that we were heard by those who are responsible for many decisions,” stressed the rector. He expressed particular gratitude to Andrey Bakhmetiev, a special guest of the event.
The rector suggested that the seminar participants preserved the relations they established during these two days.
Head of the orphanage leavers’ community “Children of the Whole Russia” Albert Sarbalaev also stressed the importance of getting a feedback that helped the participants learn about the challenges orphanage leavers face in the regions.
The end of the event saw a ceremony of awarding the participants, experts and organizers with letters of gratitude.
A resolution will be drafted upon results of the regional seminar-meeting.
