ASU Will Cooperate With Modeus Platform

A cooperation agreement has been signed between Astrakhan State University and the educational platform within the framework of international scientific forum “Caspian Region 2021: Sustainable Development Trajectories”.

Modeus is an information system that allows students to form an individual educational trajectory, independently choosing courses and areas of study. Recently, the project developed by CUSTIS company is being implemented in Russian universities. As the developers note, such a system has been functioning in the West for a long time, while in Russia the adaptation period is still under way.

At the business meeting of the Consortium of Universities of Astrakhan Region, held this April, the participants considered the possibilities of a platform solution for the technological transition to an individualized model of higher education.

The signing of the cooperation agreement is a logical conclusion of the April meeting and discussions on the sidelines of forum “Caspian Region 2021: Sustainable Development Trajectories” which addressed the issues of state policy in the field of higher education, science and work with the youth in Astrakhan Region and the Caspian region in general.
