ASU Shares Experience with Colleagues from DSTU

A delegation of Astrakhan State University has held a seminar on the development of artificial intelligence and financial cyber literacy for employees of the Dagestan State Technical University.

At the event, Astrakhan State University was represented by Vice-Rector for Research Anna Fedotova, Director of the Institute for Southern Russia and Caspian Region Studies Anna Romanova, Head of the Artificial Intelligence Project Office Aleksandr Koshkarov and Assistant of Vice-Rector for Research Elena Kolesnikova. Nikolay Simoshin, Deputy Chairman of the Astrakhan branch of Sberbank, joined the discussion online.

The colleagues discussed the mechanisms for introducing educational elements of financial cybersecurity into the curriculum and issues of financial hygiene. The meeting took place within the framework of the trilateral agreement between ASU, DSTU and Sberbank, signed at forum “Caspian Region 2021: Sustainable Development Trajectories”.

It should be recalled that the team of Aleksandr Koshkarov has developed an online platform for financial cybersecurity that helps not to fall for the tricks of fraudsters.
