Astrakhan State University Employees Participate in Business Training

The Center for Assessment, Development of Managerial Competencies and Career Planning of Astrakhan Tatishchev State University has organized Creative Triathlon, a series of educational business games.

Gennady Kozlov, the Deputy Head of the Head Office of the Sberbank Astrakhan Branch, gave a welcoming speech before the start of the event. He sent the university staff his greetings on the past holidays and spoke about the possibilities of holding joint events within the framework of cooperation of Sberbank of Russia and the university.

The coach Aleksandr Barvinok, a career advancement expert of the Volga Branch of Sberbank, held the training session.

The participants were divided into teams, and then they were to complete three business games. All the tests contributed to the development of systems thinking, creative approach and the ability to complete unconventional tasks.

Each training participant had the opportunity to prove themselves, get to know their colleagues better and gain new teamwork experience.

The hosts expressed their gratitude to the partners for cooperation and holding joint events that contribute to the development of cross-professional competencies of the university staff.
