Retraining for Municipalities

The Institute of Continuing Education of ASU has launched its retraining course “Main Issues of Municipal Administration. Mechanisms to Regulate Ethnic, Interethnic, & Religious Conflict Situations”. The course is intended for newly-elected heads of Astrakhan Region’s municipalities.

Delivery of such a course has become possible thanks to a quotation application won by the Institute, as well as thanks to the contract signed between the administration of Astrakhan Region’s Governor and Astrakhan State University. Both officials of the Governor’s Administration and faculty staff of ASU act as coaches – among them Dr. Boris Kaygorodov (Dean of ASU’s Department of Psychology), Dr. Irina Chistyakova (Head of our Chair of General Linguistics & Speech Studies), Dr. Valeriy Cherepakhin (Head of our Chair of Criminal Law), etc.

Upon the completion of the courses, the trainees shall be granted certificates of our University that confirm their coverage of this retraining program.
