Team of ASU Succeeds in Cheerleading

The Astra-Delta cheerleading team of Astrakhan State University has taken part in the national student cheerleading competition, in the Cup of Russia, and in the national cheerleading competition.

As for the national student cheerleading competition, our team has gained the 6th place in the nomination “Group Stunt Mix” and the 10th place in the nomination “Cheer Dance Freestyle”. Teams of 39 Russian universities have taken part in the competition, including 17 universities located in Moscow.

In the national cheerleading competition and in the Cup of Russia, our team has taken the 7th place in the nominations “Cheer Dance Freestyle” and “Group Stunt Mix”. Over 50 teams from all the regions of Russia have participated in these events.
