Professional Retraining in Procurement Management

A group of trainees has completed its professional retraining after covering the program “Management of Procurement of Goods, Services, and Works to Satisfy State & Municipal Needs for Staff of Astrakhan Region’s Organizations & Companies” delivered at the Institute of Continuing Education of Astrakhan State University.

The program syllabus included issues related to specifics of procurement by budget-funded institutions and by other legal entities, application of antimonopoly legislation to procure goods, services, works, etc.

The program helps develop practical skills to procure goods and services regulated by Federal Law #44-FZ of April 05, 2013 “About Contract System in Procurement of Goods, Services, and Works to Satisfy State & Municipal Needs”.

Upon the completion of this program, all the trainees obtained a certificate of professional retraining of official standard.
