Master Class in Pizza Cooking at ASU

The gastronomic master class “Italian Pizza” has taken place at the Clear Water restaurant of Astrakhan State University.
The event was arranged by the Regional Innovative Center of Catering & Healthy Nutrition of ASU. Students of our Department of Secondary Professional Education took part in it.
During the master class, staff of the Center demonstrated our students the technology of cooking the Italian pizza. Special attention was paid to the dough recipe; dough is made by using mineral water and then placed on a hot baking tray. Each student used different ingredients for filling, so many different pizzas were cooked at this event.
At the end of the master class, all its participants received certificates.
