Astrakhan State University Intellectuals Aspire to Grants

ASU young researchers presented their inventions at the semifinal of the innovation project competition «UMNIK» that was held at our university.

More than 20 projects were presented for 6 different nominations, including medicine and health management technologies, intelligent technologies, resource-saving power engineering and many others.

It should be recalled that «UMNIK» is a unique large-scale programme in Russia that allows to find and support young researchers aspiring to self-fulfillment through innovative activities.

Young innovators of Astrakhan State University win such grants on a regular basis. This year, the candidates presented their innovations in robotics, software, biological and environmental technologies, new ways of using alternative sources of energy and many other projects.
