ASU on ISLAND 10-22: Astrakhan Delegation Discusses Teamwork Prospects

Island 10-22 is aimed at formation and development of regional universities’ teams that will be able to introduce systemic changes in the sphere of training HR for technological development. On July 12, the Astrakhan team discussed the main aspects of their work at the workshop.

During their group work, the participating teams discussed the conditions of their interaction at the educational workshop, as well as the limits set by the Island rules. The Astrakhan delegation analyzed the problems of implementing the capabilities of Astrakhan State University on the Island in order to make their participation more efficient and, in future, contributory for the university development.

The moderator of the Astrakhan delegation suggested that each participant shared his/her impressions from the visionaries’ lectures, told the others about the lectures and master classes they’ve attended in the chosen laboratories and described in detail the knowledge they’ve gained during the educational process. After the joint discussion, the moderator split them into groups of fours to discuss the issue of strengthening the team positions.
