ASU on ISLAND 10-22: Astrakhan State University Signs Eleven More Partner Agreements

ASU is meeting more and more new friends from across Russia at the second educational workshop! The signed agreements and memorandums of understanding will allow the universities to develop both individually and jointly for the purposes of the Russian education enhancement.

On July 20 and 21, Astrakhan State University, represented by its Acting Rector Konstantin Markelov, signed a number of agreements with Russian universities, aimed at the development of comprehensive cooperation and consideration of a possibility to jointly participate in implementing complex measures, projects, activities, events for fulfilment (both independently and with support of their partners) of the parties’ objectives with the use of the available resources.

Today, ASU has entered into partnership with Saint-Petersburg State University of Aerospace Instrumentation, K.G. Razumovsky Moscow State University of Technologies and Management (the First Cossack University), Stavropol State Agrarian University, Sevastopol State University, Kazan Federal University, Yuri Gagarin State Technical University of Saratov, M. K. Ammosov North-Eastern Federal University in Yakutsk, Kaliningrad State Technical University, Rostov State University of Economics, Southern Federal University and North-Caucasus Federal University (Stavropol).

It should be recalled that Astrakhan State University had already signed partnership agreements with several leading universities of our country.

It is important to note that the memorandum of understanding between Astrakhan State University and Stavropol State Agrarian University will allow to apply genetic technology in agriculture for improvement of live-stock production abilities.
