ASU Keeps Cooperating with Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia

August 26 saw a meeting of representatives of Astrakhan State University and the RUDN Agrarian and Technological Institute. The parties discussed possible implementation of joint programmes of training and academic mobility.

Vadim Plyushchikov, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences who is the Director of the RUDN Agrarian and Technological Institute and a member of the International Academy of Energy Information Science, discussed specific areas of further work with ASU Rector Konstantin Markelov.

In particular, the parties discussed their plans on establishment of a RUDN structural unit at ASU, prospects of joint research and student exchange programmes, as well as issues of organization of a joint dissertation board.
