Astrakhan State University Will Bring Together Representatives of Caspian Sister Cities

Rossotrudnichestvo is organizing the international forum “Prospects of Developing Cooperation between Sister Cities of Caspian States“ on September 28-29, 2019 under the support of Astrakhan State University.

The main objective of the meeting is to create conditions for an open dialogue between representatives of municipal administrations, businesses, science, expert communities of sister cities of the Caspian states. The programme includes topic-specific modules and sections on relevant issues of international municipal cooperation.

The forum, which will be held at Astrakhan State University, will be attended by representatives of the scientific community, social organizations, administrations of the sister cities of Azerbaijan, Iran, Kazakhstan, Russia and Turkmenistan, federal ministries and agencies, as well as local authorities of the Russian Federation entities.
