Sberbank Offers Joint Socialization Projects to ASU
September 12 saw a meeting of the most proactive students of ASU with Roman Dubinsky, CEO of the Astrakhan Branch of Sberbank. The parties discussed possible cooperation in introduction of new projects into the university system, as well as involvement of ASU students into organization of the most important events of the company.
Accompanied by ASU Rector Konstantin Markelov, the guest had a look at the main units of the university, in particular the Caspian Higher School of Interpreting and Translation, and commended the high level of training of young specialists. During the meeting, Roman Dubinsky said he was impressed with the students’ performance at the celebration of the Knowledge Day, and expressed his confidence that the artistic teams of the university and of Sberbank have a lot to teach each other.
The CEO of the Sberbank Astrakhan Branch had a lively discussion with the students on the goals and outcomes of socialization, principles of freshers’ adaptation, assessment of the outcomes of this process and wished them further success. The guest also told the audience about the programmes the bank offers of its staff members — advanced training courses abroad, seminars on personal and team efficacy and standardized socialization.
During the meeting, Roman Dubinsky handed a certificate on an unlimited access to the Sberbank library to Konstantin Markelov, and reminded the students about the education loan, a special product of Sberbank for students. The parties also discussed a possible issue of customized-design campus cards for students of Astrakhan State University, as well as further joint implementation of socialization projects.
