Astrakhan State University Employees Participate in HR Week

On October 7-11, freshers and graduating students of the major “HR Management”, as well as teachers of the ASU Faculty of Business & Economy, took part in an annual event of “Elisey” agency.

The HR week is a meeting of HR experts — professionals in human resources management. All necessary knowledge is provided by the Faculty of Business & Economy of Astrakhan State University within the major programme “HR Management” which allows the students to gain skills of teamwork and emotional management and to consider issues of employment and adaptation of employees, business assessment and motivation.

Together with teachers of the university, ASU students take part in the HR week every year, where they exchange their experience, opinions and emotions. This time, 1st- and 4th-year students, guided by Diana Smirnova and Olga Khodenkova, Candidates of Economic Sciences and Associate Professors of the Department of Management, participated in master classes and seminars for those who would like to change or find a job: “100 Mistakes in CV”, “HR Policy Depending on Psychological Type”, “Emotional Management for CEO” and “Professional Standards of HR Manager”.
