ASU Representative Takes Part in Educational Programme “Voice of Generation”
The project is initiated by the team of the management workshop “Senezh” of the autonomous non-profit organization “Russia — a Country of Opportunities” in order to form a single professional team for development of the Russia’s youth policy.
The “Voice of Generation” is a programme for training regional youth policy coordinators who implement a set of measures on working with the youth, including whose who enhance the social activity of young people in RF regions. The programme includes five modules that allow the participants to learn relevant youth practices, master some tools of social mobility integration into the regional youth policy, learn to work with youth opinion leaders and involve the community into implementation of regional initiatives and gain skills of developing youth projects for their regions.
The study course will help each participant design his/her own career trajectory for professional development in the youth policy sphere, improve those skills and competencies that are necessary for professional growth, learn more about the modern youth through mastering youth practices and hobbies, learn efficient tools of dealing with force majeure and critical situations and create an integrated system for working with the youth in their regions.
