ASU Delegation Takes Part in VUZPROMEXPO 2019

Astrakhan State University is the only representative of Astrakhan region at the 6th annual national exhibition, being held on December 11-12 at the central fairgrounds “Expocentre” in Moscow.

The event is organized by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation. The main topic is the implementation of the national projects “Science” and “Education” in 2019.

The exhibition brought together more than 100 leading universities and scientific institutions of Russia, 26 engineering centres, scientific and educational centres and leading industrial companies of our country.

The exhibition has an eventful programme: Russian HEIs and scientific institutions demonstrate their inventions, discuss the development of scientific and educational centres of different level, digitalization of education, increasing cooperation of educational and scientific institutions with businesses, real career trajectories for young scientists and specialists and a lot more.

Astrakhan State University is presenting several projects, including those that are already being implemented in cooperation with university’s partners.

It should be recalled that, according to the ASU Rector, it is planned to sign two agreements — with Samara National Research University named after Academician S.P. Korolev and Grozny State Oil Technical University named after Academician M.D. Millionshchikov — within the framework of the VUZPROMEXPO 2019 exhibition.
