Master’s Degree Students in Economy of Astrakhan State University Defended Their Diplomas Successfully

On January 31, the ASU Faculty of Economy & Management held the defense of Master’s degree theses in major 38.04.09 “Public Auditing”.

The State Examination Commission was chaired by Dmitry Parfenov, the Chairman of the Chamber of Control and Accounts of Astrakhan region.

The commission also included Head of the Astrakhan Department of the Federal Antimonopoly Service Nikolay Merkulov, Deputy Head of the Astrakhan Department of the Federal Treasury Yuri Safrygin and an auditor of the Chamber of Control and Accounts of Astrakhan region Oleg Sokolov.

Dmitry Parfenov commended a high level of training of Master’s degree students in this major. All the seven students defended their theses with an excellent mark, and five of them will get diplomas with honours.
