ASU Centre “Teacher of the Future” Runs Online Lecture Hall

Yesterday, Astrakhan State University held an open lecture “Teacher of Technology — Teacher of the Future”, held by Daniil Matveev, the Head of the Centre for Modern Competence Development in Children “House of Scientific Collaboration named after V.K. Trediakovsky”.

The event, organized by the ASU Faculty of Pedagogics & Social Work, involved more than 50 participants from 23 schools of Astrakhan region — teachers of technology, as well as students, Ph.D. candidates and professors of ASU.

Daniil Matveev spoke about the technological potential of the House of Scientific Collaboration, priority areas of the scientific and technological development of Russia, issues of training teachers of technology and competencies of the 21st century in the national standards of school education.
