ASU Offers Professional Retraining in HR Records Management

Astrakhan State University has approved a new additional programme of professional retraining, aimed at getting and deepening the systematic knowledge, skills and competences in HR records management.

HR records management is an important element of interaction with HR in any modern organization. Managing this process competently allows to keep all the labour-related records efficiently.

The course is meant for participants both who already have higher or vocational education and who still study at university.

Participants will learn about the procedure of executing, keeping and storing HR documents, technologies of HR flow, procedure for calculating the length of service, benefits, execution of pensions for organization’s employees. They will also get to know the labour legislation and other laws that contain labour regulations, the fundamentals of the archival legislation and regulatory legal acts of Russia, the fundamentals of the RF legislation on personal data, technologies and methods for analysis and systematization of documents and information.

Applications for professional retraining programme “HR Records Management” can be submitted starting from August, 15.
