ASU Media Team Won Five Awards of “Russian Student Spring”

Members of the university’s media centre have become winners and awardees of the regional stage of one of the most important youth festivals of the country. This year, they took part in categories “Video” and “Journalism”.

Tatiana Stadnik’s londread “Moving Up” ranked first in category “Publication”, while report “Final of Student Basketball Association of Astrakhan Division” by Valentina Atrashkevich and Tatiana Stadnik won in category “Video Journalism”.

Other three projects of our participants were awarded with 2-degree certificates. These are a photo report by student of the ASU Law Faculty Sergey Zabelin, a humorous video about pandemic prevention measures by Valentina Atrashkevich and a music video for Russia Day, prepared by the script writers and performers of the university’s Cultural Centre and made by the ASU Media team.

It should be recalled that this year students of Astrakhan State University also competed in other categories of the festival — vocal and choreographic. The dancing item, staged by the ASU Cultural Centre, won a grand prix of the contest.
