ASU Representative Is Among Best Professors of Russian Universities

Head of the Caspian SEC Project Office of Astrakhan State University, Doctor of Economics Oksana Mineva has won annual competition “Golden Names of Higher School”.

The all-Russia project is implemented by interregional social organization “Higher School Professors League” under support of the Presidential Grant Foundation. Oksana Mineva was deservedly entitled with the golden status in category “For Development of Practice-Oriented Higher Education”.

The official awarding ceremony of “Golden Names of Higher School” will take place this November.
